1Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and , who runs CareerPilot AI at careerpilotai360.in. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be 18 or older, or use the site with your parent's or guardian's permission.

2Your account

Give your real name and an email and mobile number that belong to you.
One account per person. Don't share your account or login codes with anyone.
You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.

3What we offer

CareerPilot AI helps you prepare for government exams and private jobs with AI mock interviews, a resume builder and ATS checker, Career DNA, learning material, exam alerts, job tools, paid sessions with mentors, and free callbacks from our career counsellors.

We help you prepare - we can't promise results. We don't guarantee that you'll pass an exam, get selected, or get a job. Exam dates, eligibility and job details come from public sources and can change; always check the official notification or employer's website before you apply.

We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove something you've paid for, we'll give you a fair refund for the unused part.

4AI feedback

Some feedback and suggestions are written by artificial intelligence. They're meant for practice and can sometimes be wrong, incomplete or not fit your situation. Use your own judgement, and don't treat AI feedback as professional, legal or medical advice.

5Mentors & counsellors

Mentors are independent people (for example, those who have cleared an exam or work in a role) who offer paid one-to-one sessions. They are not our employees. We check mentor profiles, but the advice in a session is the mentor's own.
Counsellors are CareerPilot AI's own team. Callback calls are free.
Be respectful in sessions and chats. Don't share personal contact details to take sessions off the site or to pay outside CareerPilot AI - payments made outside the site aren't covered by our refund policy.
If something goes wrong in a session, use "Need help?" in the session chat or the Contact page.
Mentors also agree to: give accurate information about themselves, turn up on time for booked sessions, and not collect students' data for any other purpose.

6Plans & payments

Explorer is free. Career Pro and Career Elite are paid plans; the current prices and what each includes are on the pricing section. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes unless we say otherwise.
A paid plan gives you its features for the period you paid for. If a plan renews, we'll tell you before you're charged, and you can turn renewal off any time.
Payments are processed by our payment partner. We don't store your card, UPI or bank details.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If we change a price, it won't affect what you've already paid for.

7Fair use rules

Please don't:

Upload false, abusive, hateful, sexual or illegal content, or anything that isn't yours to share.
Harass, threaten or cheat mentors, counsellors, other students or our team.
Copy, scrape, resell or bulk-download our questions, content or AI feedback.
Try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the site, or use bots to create accounts or send messages.
Pretend to be someone else, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

If you break these rules, we may remove the content, pause or close your account, and where needed report it to the authorities.

8Your content

What you create - your resume, answers and messages - stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the features for you (including sending it to our AI provider, as explained in the Privacy Policy). If you write a public review of a mentor, you allow us to show it on the site.

9Our content

The CareerPilot AI name, logo, design, question banks, learning material and software belong to us. You may use them for your own preparation, but not copy, share or sell them.

10Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but it's provided "as is". It may sometimes be slow, unavailable, or contain mistakes.
We aren't responsible for losses caused by things outside our control (internet or power failures, problems with a payment partner, or official exam changes), or for decisions you make based on AI feedback or a mentor's advice.
As far as the law allows, if we are responsible for a loss, the most we'll pay is the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened.

11Closing an account

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account any time through the Contact page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Paid time left on a plan when we close an account for breaking the rules is not refunded.

12Law & disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. If there's a disagreement, please contact us first - most problems are solved quickly that way. If it can't be solved, the courts in will decide.

13Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
